From April 16-17, 2026, PowerLab held the 4th employee picnic at Taean Starlight Pension. 🌿

This picnic was designed to help executives and employees get out of their busy daily lives for a while to hang out and recharge in nature, and it was a meaningful time to deepen communication and harmony with each other through various programs.

On the first day of the event, a team-specific program was held along with a full schedule guide.
Participants were divided into teams and engaged in various recreational activities, creating an atmosphere of natural cooperation and support, with laughter and vigour continuing throughout the field. 🎯

In particular, the prepared game program drew high participation.
From activities that require quickness and concentration to cooperative games where teamwork is important, we were able to once again confirm the bright and positive organizational culture unique to PowerLab while encouraging and enjoying each other.

After the end of the game, there were also awards for outstanding participants and teams. 🏆
With the delivery of the goods, there were applause of celebration, and everyone enjoyed the results together, making the atmosphere of the event even warmer.

After that, we had a meal together and had a free conversation.
We shared delicious food against the backdrop of green nature and shared honest stories that were difficult to share during our usual work, and it was a time to understand each other more beyond the department and position.

This picnic was not just a social event, but a meaningful place to increase cooperation and trust between executives and employees and recharge the energy of the organization.
Above all, it was a time to experience the healthy corporate culture centered on communication that Power Lab aims for. ✨
